another day on the water?
It is so much easier being on some one else's boat! Yesterday my neighbor Jesse, (i think i spelled that right) took his boat out for the first time. It was a blast! He had a great group of people, and if anyone sends me pictures i will post them for all to share.
One of Jesse's friends even convinced me to go swimming... not that it takes much... all she had to say was i want to swim... that is all the excuse i need... there were only three of us who went swimming... well four if you count london. I should get a waterproof case for my camera...
Jesse piloted the boat in and out of the marina with no mishaps, but you could tell that he was very nervous. it reminds me of the first time i tried to dock it. I didn't even try the first time... it was midnight and i was quite uncertain... i just handed over the controls.
after boating we went to Tuttabella it was really good food, and Adam (one of jesse's friends) is good friends with the manager, derek. He runs a great restraunt... and oh so yummy!
So the answer is yes. i am enjoying life in seattle. And i love meeting new people.
